Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us at AccessoryRow. However, if for any reason there is a defect in your merchandise, you can return it to us within thirty (30) days of the shipping date, accompanied by the receipt with which it came, in its original packaging, and with a brief
description of the defect, for a full refund of the purchase price. Your original shipping costs will also be refunded, but the customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred for the return of the item to AccessoryRow.
If you are making an exchange for any reason other than a defect, you can return it to us within thirty (30) days of the shipping date, accompanied by the receipt with which it came, in its original packaging, and with a description of the exchange details. Items must be returned unused and in the same condition it was shipped in originally. There will be no additional shipping charges on the return of the new merchandise, however the original shipping costs will not be refundable. All exchanges are shipped via First Class US Mail. **Please note that when exchanging a handbag or for a handbag, a new shipping charge of $8.50 will apply due to the items weight and shipping cost.**
All sales are final for pet beds. Due to health reasons, we will not allow any returns or exchanges of these products.
AccessoryRow will not be responsible for loss or damage that occurs during return shipment. Items must be shipped in packaging such as a bubble mail or small box to prevent damage in the return shipping. We advise that you insure your merchandise for all returns for your protection. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for all refunds or exchanges to be processed and allow 3 to 7 business days for mailing time.
Returns must be accompanied by their original receipt that was shipped with the package or a copy of the e-mail confirmation received after placing your order. A 20% restocking fee will apply on all orders returned without the appropriate paperwork.
AccessoryRow cannot accept merchandise for refund or exchange if items are received damaged, scratched, or show visible wear. Items not postmarked within 30 days of the ship date also will not be accepted. Please understand there are no exceptions to this policy. Any merchandise received by AccessoryRow that does not meet these guidelines will be returned to the customer. AccessoryRow does reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the above policy is abused in any way including excessive exchanges.
