Will my information be secure?

AccessoryRow does not release any information about our customers.  All information is completely confidential.

Our secure server encrypts all payment information that you transmit to us while using our site. We use the latest 128-bit encryption technology to keep your personal information safe. Included in this information, is your user name, password, credit card number, and expiration date. The encryption process takes all of the personal information and converts it into code that is securely transmitted over the Internet.  The entire checkout process is completed on a 100% secure connection.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Credit or Check Cards.  We also accept money order, cashiers check or personal check when ordering by mail.  If paying by check please print out the order form to mail in with your order.  The order form link is at the bottom right of the site.  There will be up to a 10 day waiting period when paying by check to verify funds have cleared.  Please mail in orders to the address listed below.

Where do I find the CVV2/CVC2 Indicator?

It is a three digit number on all cards except American Express which will have a four digit number.  There may be more numbers, but it is the last three digits for Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.  For American Express, it is the four digits that appears on the front of the card directly above the end of the card number.  It is found on the back of the card in the signature strip area for most other cards.

Do you have a physical store or showroom?

We do not have a physical location for customers to view items or make purchases at this time.  Orders can be placed online, by phone, or by mail.  Our mailing address is a PO Box used to receive returns/exchanges and orders placed by mail along with any other customer correspondence. 

Can I use a discount code more than once?

No, a discount code can only be used once, so be sure to order all of the items you are interested in at once to make sure the discount applies to all items.

Can I add items to my order?

You may add additional items to an order that has not been shipped, but we do suggest you call in the additional items to verify whether or not your initial order has already been processed and to avoid additional shipping charges.

What is a Cubic Zirconia (CZ)?

A cubic zirconia has such a close visual likeness to a diamond that only a trained eye can easily differentiate between the two.  A cubic zirconia will weigh about 1.7 times more than a diamond of equivalent shape and is available in a variety of colors.  All carat weights listed on the site are to a diamonds equivalent.

What is rhodium?

Rhodium is a lustrous, hard, durable, silvery-white metallic material that is found in the platinum group of metals.  Because of it's brilliance, rhodium is often plated on other materials to produce a durable corrosion-resistant coating.
